I've been happy with the service throughout, communication has been really good. The engineer was polite well turned out and very informative. Talked me through what needed to be done and made sure I understood and was happy before the installation began. Gave me notice about the power needing to be turned off which gave me chance to boil the kettle. After the installation he explained the EV charger and linked my phone with the charger and explained how it worked. Overall I'm really happy and would recommend.

Will I need permission to install an EV charger at home?
If you are a home owner, you’ll need approval from your Distribution Network Operator (DNO) before your home EV charger installation can take place. We will do this on your behalf as part of your installation. If you rent your property, you will need approval from both your area’s DNO and your landlord before we can proceed with your installation.
Will you advise me on the best place to install my EV charger?
The best place to install your home EV charger is on a wall close to where you park so that your charging cable can reach your car’s charging port.
