Invest in your people and resource. The engineer (James) was professional and very good at his job but his journey from Glasgow resulted in him being obviously tired and fatigued. I was really impressed with the process from start to finish. I was expecting to have to write reams of words to tell Smart Home Charge what I wanted. But, it's all done via photographs and a video.
