Customer Stories

My engineer was friendly and professional, and made a very neat looking installation. Particularly appreciate that the box for the mini consumer unit was metal, not plastic - looks much nicer in the hall.
Andy - August 2026
Engineer was great. Communication of steps and time to install were poor and not well articulated at time of purchase Notice to install was shared 14 hours before appointment. Not appropriate
Johnny - June 2026
Engineer was excellent very helpful very polite and very neat job very happy with install
harry - June 2026
Engineer was very thorough, walked through installation options on arrival. Looked at both practical and aesthetic implications of different options before we agreed upon the best approach. Good communication throughout and clear explanation of how to use the charger.
Paul - February 2026
Overall experience was excellent. Only issue was arranging a date for installation. Initial date was far too short notice, and required a phone call to arrange a suitable date. Having an option for booking a mutually convenient installation date at time of purchase would be preferable.
