I could not be happier with the whole experience. Buying and organising an installation was so painless it shouldn't be overlooked. Following a link through your messages and taking photos with your phone without the need to remember passwords or draft emails is brilliant! The engineer who fitted the charger was amazing. Sorry I can't remember the name. Part of the render came off the wall when he was drilling through (old house) but he patched and textured it to match the rest. Everything was cleaned and vacuumed. Couldn't tell he was there. The whole job was done really quickly too. The whole process and everyone who works at smart home charge has been amazing. Thank you! The Ohme charger is pretty awful matched to my MG5 and not being on a car charging tariff because of octopus terrible customer service. The charger does not communicate with the car properly. It basically works a dumb charger. The app has no functionality outside of working with compatible cars. You cannot set how many Kwh to charge nor a time to charge over eg 12-4am. You can pause charging from your phone but once its plugged in it starts charging. Do not recommend to any MG5 owners.
