We haven't obtained our EV hybrid car so I cannot comment on the Hypervolt charger yet. But all looks good. I think an SMS update the day before the installation to confirm date and time would be useful (rather than one saying installation is due in the next few days). The installation was booked by yourselves for 0800 (changed from the agreed time of 1230 over the phone earlier) but I was worried that nothing was happening at that time. Ollie, the installation engineer, contacted us around 0820 and gave his arrival time of about an hour, which was fine. Ollie was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He very kindly reverted to our preferred installation location behind a locked gate rather than the front of the house, having first checked that the signal strength was sufficient using a temporary installation of the charger. That was great news. A few bits of cut wire and empty package boxes were left on the garage floor which I had assumed Ollie would take away but they are now in our waste. Ollie was helpful in giving some tips on using the app (difficult without a car) and the device, and even suggested we text him direct if we have any problems. Ollie provided exceptional service to us and deserves a pat on the back - and a good bonus at years end! Thanks!
