I'm not one for commenting but have to say about Oliver the engineer who came out today. Throughout the day, it has literally poured down with rain non-stop and topped off with howling gales, but he has cracked on, installed lengths of earthing and literally done over 10,000 steps going in and out of the house to his van! This has not fazed him one bit and has installed and commissioned the Hypervolt to a very high standard and I'm really pleased! Simple set up and go! Cheers all

Only just started using the Ohme charger pod but no problems so far and don't have reason to tnink there will be any problems. Charger is small and neat. We opted for the unteathered version for neatness and are happy that we did. The engineer was on time, polite and worked in a timely & neat manner. I would recommend both the Ohme pod and Smart home charge.

I recently had a Hypervolt Home 3.0 Pro charger installed by Gareth on behalf of Smart Home Charge, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The process was impressively quick just 10 days from ordering to installation. Gareth arrived on time, was dressed professionally, and maintained a clean and tidy workspace throughout. How much does it cost to install an EV charger at home?
The price that you pay for your installation depends on a variety of factors including the cost of the charge point, the distance between the charger and your properties power supply and any additional parts (if required). Will I need permission to install an EV charger at home?
If you are a home owner, you’ll need approval from your Distribution Network Operator (DNO) before your home EV charger installation can take place. We will do this on your behalf as part of your installation. If you rent your property, you will need approval from both your area’s DNO and your landlord before we can proceed with your installation.
Will you advise me on the best place to install my EV charger?
The best place to install your home EV charger is on a wall close to where you park so that your charging cable can reach your car’s charging port.
