I have to say that for something that is actually quite complex and technical your team have made it a breeze and the digital experience has been superb! I’ve had 2 interactions with office staff who have been really supportive and helpful. I would 100% recommend Smart EV to friends and family. Thank you to all of the team ?
Reena - February 2022
Great easy process from start to finish!
Daniel - December 2021
The OHME app has very basic information/functionality. The OHME wall charger is really nothing but a box and cable. The cable holder is flimsy and using the charging cable is challenging, getting the hands messed up each use and also raveling/unraveling is awkward. No recommendation from me.
