Customer Stories

Very impressed. As the Operations Director for a large company, I greatly appreciate you complete end to end solutions. From placing the orders, to the trigger emails, the follow up calls and then your seamless CRM updates, not to mention the diamond of and engineer who completed the install. I literally can not think of how the process could be any better. Thank you for the time and effort the front and back office have put into creating such an easy order and delivery journey.

Overall interactions from start to finish was good. The best part of the process though was the install by Ty who was friendly, discussed the work involved in the install before hand, and was perfect throughout. Could not have hoped for a better engineer.

Wow, I am so pleased with both the Easee One car charger and the quality of the installation. Although we had a slight hiccup at first Ashley from the support team arranged for Tyron to visit and he fitted a much heavier cable and took a completely new route to the front of my garage. It is so neat. The standard of work that your engineer Tyron did was just superb, he explained everything in detail before he started, he was extremely tidy and is a credit to your organisation. I am so pleased with the outcome, so much so I keep looking at it, (how sad am I) Thank you again Smart Home charge and especially Tyron & Ashley.

Engineer did a superb job. Arrived on time as promised. Super friendly and approachable. We did a quick walkthrough of where cables and things will go and why, which was very useful. Very fast and easy installation - power was only down for 10-15 mins which was amazing. Installed exactly where I wanted it to go. Garage was left very clean. Cable was installed in a very smart and tidy fashion, satisfying my OCD! Really smart job, engineer showed me how everything worked, connected me to the app, showed off some of the features, did a test and we connected my car together for a test run. All working superb. Asked if I had any questions and answered all of them without any issue. I cannot recommend you enough. It’s great that you took care of all the survey photos via the phone so your engineers can see everything without having to come round, and the applications to the DNO power grid, which was amazing. All in all, extremely pleased and I would use you and recommend again to anyone who wants to have a zero stress experience. Thank you all!
