Volkswagen ID.3 Pro S Home Charging Guide

With a Volkswagen, you're sure to get an exceptional balance between price, comfort and practicality. The ID.3 is no different. The Pro S version features the biggest battery pack available on the ID.3 at 77kWh. This gives you a WLTP-rated range of 341 miles, though it's only available on the top-spec "Tour" trim which starts from around £42,000.

Charging the Volkswagen ID.3 Pro S will take about 12 hours from empty to full using a 7.4kW home wallbox. If you have access to a three-phase supply at home, then this will reduce to close to eight hours, though most UK residential properties don't have this capability. CCS rapid charging is also included allowing to get an 80% recharge in 36 minutes if you can access a 150kW public rapid charger.
