Tesla's Model S 100D takes advantage of the biggest battery pack the US carmaker offers to unleash stomach-churning power as well as a range of 393 miles. That may have been on the older, less accurate NEDC testing cycle but the real-world range is likely to top 300 miles, which is still hugely impressive for a build that debuted in 2017.
Charging the Tesla Model S 100D will take about 15 hours and 15 minutes when using a 7.4kW home charge point due to the huge 100kWh battery pack. If you have a three-phase supply at home then the Tesla can charge at 11kW AC at home. The rapid charging function means you can get an 80% charge in as little as 42 minutes using a Tesla Supercharger.
