For 2022, Land Rover updated the iconic Range Rover with a gorgeous new design as well as two new plug-in hybrid powertrain options, this P440e and the more powerful P510e. Equipped with a 31.8kWh battery and a 105kW electric motor, the Range Rover P440e has an all-electric range of 62 miles (WLTP) which is almost double than that of its predecessor. When the battery runs out, the Range Rover P440e uses a 3-litre petrol engine to keep it going on its journey.
Charging the Range Rover P440e PHEV from zero to full using a standard 7.4kW home charge point takes around five hours. Unlike most PHEVs, the Range Rover P440e has rapid charging capabilities up to 50kW, meaning a 10-80% charge is achievable in as little as an hour.
