Kia EV6 GT Home Charging Guide

The Kia EV6 is Kia's first dedicated electric vehicle and the first vehicle offered by Kia to use Hyundai's (Kia's parent company) new E-GMP electric platform. Kia claims the performance-focused EV6 GT will be able to travel up to 245 miles on a single charge and go from 0-62mph in about 3.5 seconds. If you're after less speed and more range, then the EV6 Long Range will be a better pick.

Charging the EV6 GT should take around 12.5 hours using a dedicated 7.4kW home charger according to Kia. If you access a 250kW DC public rapid charge point, the Kia EV6 GT can charge from 10-80% in around 18 minutes.
