Kia Soul EV 64kWh Home Charging Guide

Updated for 2020, the Kia Soul EV was first available with a 64kWh battery option and as the “First Edition” which includes extra features. Of course, the main benefit from the bigger battery pack is the much longer range of 281 miles (WLTP).

Charging the Kia Soul EV 64kWh on a 7.4kW home charge point will take around 10 hours from empty to full, although most of the time a top-up is all that is needed and therefore much quicker. If you use a public rapid charger for DC charging, then you can go from 10-80% in about 45 minutes.
