If you've been eyeing up the Audi e-tron 55 Quattro, but the price has put you off then the Audi e-tron 50 Quattro may be for you. It shares the same good looks and size as its beefier brother, but with fewer electric motors and a reduced range.
The e-tron 50 quattro features a 71kWh battery providing a range of up to 186 miles according to the WLTP test cycle and has two electric motors. The new e-tron also retains its 120kW charging capability so it can recharge to 80 per cent capacity in around 30 minutes at fast-charging stations. Its near 200-mile range is more than respectable and should cover the average weekly commute and more. Besides, the super-fast charging capability will put any "range anxiety" to bed.
