Thanks, we've received your details. What happens next?
Now you've submitted your quote request, what happens next?
1. Complete your installation Survey
The next step is to complete your Online Site Survey so that we can give you an honest and accurate quote upfront for your charger installation. We will send you a text and email (sometimes this can go to spam) with a link to start your Online Site Survey.
2. Review your quote
Once you've completed your survey, our in-house technicians will assess the requirements for your charger installation and send you your quote by email.
You can review the cost and breakdown of your quote before going on to pay via our range of payment options, including finance.
3. Pay/charger dispatch
Once payment has been received we will order and dispatch your charger. Depending on the product you've chosen, delivery lead times can vary which could ultimately impact the lead time for installation too.
4. DNO notification/grant processing
Before any installation, we need to notify your DNO (Distribution Network Operator). This is a requirement and is in place to ensure chargers are installed safely, appropriately and will not unduly affect the property's supply or local grid. We will do this on your behalf, but please remember that approval from your DNO is out of our control and response times can vary.
If you are eligible for a grant, such as the workplace charge scheme, we will request additional information at this stage to process your application.
5. Installation
Once the above steps are complete, we will get to the exciting stuff and book an installation date for you. On the day of installation you will receive a text message with a link to track your engineer.
Your engineer will carry out the installation and complete the initial setup of your home EV charger. You can learn more in our guide to the installation process.
