Best range for under £35k? Kia launches e-Niro 2 with bigger battery
Kia’s new 64kWh e-Niro 2, with a range of 282 miles, is available to order from under £35,000.
The new e-Niro 2 “Long Range” joins the existing e-Niro 2 model which has a smaller 39kWh battery and lower range, as well as the e-Niro 3, and e-Niro 4+ which both have the larger 64kWh battery pack.
The new variant adds the larger 64kWh pack for a range of 282 miles – over a 100 miles more than the entry-level e-Niro 2.
Starting at £34,945 before any Government grants (worth £2,500), the new e-Niro 2 Long Range offers more range than any other sub-£35k EV according to Kia and strengthens the line-up for the award-winning electric SUV.
It includes an 8-inch touchscreen display, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 17-inch aluminium alloys, parking sensors and more.
Orders are open now with deliveries expected in July 2021.
