Once you've selected your plan, you will be taken to our lender's website (Novuna Finance). Fill in the application form and if you're accepted you'll be returned to the Smart Home Charge website to complete the order.

Will I be eligible for Novuna Finance?

We are not able to determine if you will be successful in applying for finance via Novuna Personal Finance solutions.

To apply you must:

  • Be over 18 years of age
  • You must be a UK resident with at least 3 years continual address history
  • You must be in full time employment, unless retired or a house person with a spouse in full time employment
  • Have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits
  • Have a stable income whether through permanent employment (at least 16 hours per week) or other means (pension, Disability Allowance, etc.)
  • Be OK for there to be a credit check performed when you submit your application
  • You must have a valid Debit or Credit card registered in your name and to the home address on the application form in order to pay your deposit
