    The prices on our website are based on the simplest installation and represent the minimum cost for any installation, but your final quote will depend on a number of factors including:

    1. Cable length - how much extra cable is required to connect your charger to the mains.
    2. Extra equipment - some installations require extra equipment.
    3. Complexity - depending on the cable route, labour costs and other factors.

    We provide an Instant Quote service, which means you get an accurate quote based on the information you provide us just moments after you complete our enquiry form. All without the need for a physical or remote site survey!

    How are chargers graded?

    A - Great: The charger is like new with very minor surface scratches if any

    B - Good: The charger is in working order with a few noticeable scratches/scuffs on the outer casing and/or cable

    C - Working: Charger is in working order but has many noticeable scratches and scuffs on the outer casing and/or cable

    Can I arrange an installation for my used EV charger through Smart Home Charge?

    Yes but you will need to do this separately from the purchase of your used EV charger. Please email our support team after purchasing your used charger.

    What is the warranty on a used home EV charger?

    Warranty is dependent on if the charger was commissioned and when. We will list how much warranty is left on each charger in its description.

    Will the charger need to be reset before I can use it?

    All used chargers will be returned to their factory setting before being shipped out to you.
